Stunning Architectural Home on San Francisco Bay

Irwin Weiner ASID - Today's featured video shows a close-to-$4 million home on the San Francisco Bay, offered by Bay Area realtor Josh Burns. Architect Robert Nebolon (Berkeley, CA) worked with the homeowner and created a 5+ bedroom, 5.5 bath home. Its open floor plan seems ideal for entertaining, and the grand entry is a showstopper. Other features of the home, besides the incredible bay views:

  • wind-protected outdoor patios with built-in BBQ, kids play area, and hot tub
  • executive office with multiple workstations and built-ins
  • movie theater with 120-inch screen
  • hobby and crafts room
  • elevator
  • wine cellar
  • great room with soaring ceilings
  • private deep water concrete boat dock
