Garden and Landscape Inspiration from Dutch Master Piet Oudolf

Irwin Weiner ASID - Despite our recent NYC blizzard, I'm still thinking of the approach of spring in only a matter of weeks. For those who love gardening - and there are millions of you - Design2Share wanted to showcase a video interview with inspirational Dutch landscape designer, and the champion of the contemporary perennial garden, Piet Oudolf. His work on public spaces around the world, such as New York City's stunning High Line (above), is an acknowledgement of his caring and passion for beautiful, natural spaces. Aspire to Oudolf's attention to gardening detail and his feel for each plant. I found this video very inspiring, and can't wait to get busy with my spring planting!
